1. You start by setting up the date sensitive activities that take place and the resources responsible for them, you also configure the notification and escalation mechanism.
2. You then create the sequencing and dependencies of the activities into work-flows.
3. Different Report Templates can be created for different people depending on the information each person needs to track, these Report Templates can contain information about Activities, Aria Data Fields and Special Custom Attributes.
4. An interactive Project Monitor can display all information for selected projects based on the selected Report Template. The information displayed can also be exported to MS Excel.
